EVANGELISM EFFORTS

To start 10 churches for the Lord in ten years, one in each year.
To witness /or reach to at least 5000 people every year (for the two weeks evangelism efforts)
To target at least 250 converted souls (for the 2 weeks evangelism efforts)
The Proposed appropriate months of evangelism efforts are July and August. Proposed mission work site for this year 2023 is MARYANGO in Bamba ward, Ganze sub county, Kilifi County in Kenya.

IMPLEMENTERS OF THE VISION 2023 – 2033 MISSION WORK.

Light of Salvation Christ Church- Kenya (Nationals) and our Missionary Carrie Hudgens from WAHOO Kenya Ministry as the liaison person in Kenya.
If the proposal finds favor in the eyes of God, the Ministers, Friends and the churches in the USA and consider it viable, we humble wish to work with you in partnership in the fulfillment of the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, how we wish to say that you will be our partners in achieving the vision 2023 – 2033. (The internationals)

Leaders’ conference
– To hold the Leaders’ conferences twice a year for 3 days a week in April and August
– To articulate matters on church administration, discipleship, financial management, church growth.
Women conferences
– To hold the women conferences twice a year for 3 days a week in April and August
– To articulate matters of spiritual growth, family issues, women development programs e.g. income generating activities, small businesses, poultry and how to reach other women and men with the gospel to become fishers of men.
Youth rallies
– To hold the Youth rallies twice a year for 3 days a week in the month of April and August
– To articulate matters on purity, youth ministry in the church, career identification, career progression, peer group management, visionary youth focus ministry.
Brotherhood conferences
– To hold the brotherhood conference twice a year for 6 days in 2 weeks, 3 days each week
– To articulate matters on brotherhood ministry, family issues, brotherhood programs in the church and how to reach other men with the gospel
HBCs for children
– To hold them 3 times a year that’s April, August and December, one day a month
– To articulate matters on foundation building on core values and spiritual lead future generation To build a child-to-child evangelism system to win a child before the world wins them..

Widows’ ministries
⮚ According to James 1:27 scripture reminds us that the true religion in the church is to look after widows in their distress.
⮚ In this proposal, one of the responsibilities of the church is to make sure that the widows are well taken care of.
✔ To teach them to live for Christ and witness to others
✔ To support their activities and families by initiating income generating activities.
Orphans’ Ministry
⮚ The ministry holds that this is an ordained service by God as stated in the scriptures James 1:27 that it’s always prudent and a good practice for a true/perfect religion, to look after the distresses of the Orphans.
✔ By taking care of their wellbeing.
✔ To show them love and their true Father GOD through scriptures by teaching them sound doctrine.
✔ By providing their basic needs; by supplying clothes, food, education, shelters and building Orphanage centers for their care.
✔ By monitoring their health aspects to ensure good growth.
Relief Services
⮚ As a ministry we also consider and recognize relief services to Man is a service to God.
⮚ Due to the climate change in the world, most communities are affected by this menace of climate change, therefore, our ministry is very much sensitive to fast track the situation on behalf of the vulnerable people/group in the Society.
⮚ The ministry will be considering those who will be affected by drought in its Jurisdictions’ to ensure that people are not dying because of hunger and water shortage.
Bible Training Centre for Pastors and Leaders
⮚ It is the wish of the ministry to train pastors and leaders for sound and effective handling of the Gospel and ministry at large.
⮚ Many pastors and leaders are causing lots of accident on the pulpit due to lack of proper training in the word of God, and as the verbiest once said “a leader is a reader”
⮚ In this proposal the ministry suggest that a Bible school be started to be part and parcel of the wide plans to answer the question of illiteracy in presenting the honorable ordained Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ in the Vision 2023-2033.
Pastors, Support
⮚ In this great plan, the ministry believes that the Pastor is a very center vessel in discharging the word of the gospel, from the pulpit to the congregation and from the congregation to the world, and from the world back to the church as disciples.
⮚ The Pastor as a manager and administrator of the members, activities, family life, socially plus many more other roles spiritual matters included, makes the Pastor heavily involved. It is prudent in human consideration that the Pastor be supported in order to execute his higher calling in the ministry.

In realizing all the proposed plans the ministry recommends that:-

Partnership between Light of Salivation Christ Church-Kenya and the Churches in the USA with like minded be initiated and invite volunteers, collectively and individually who would ensure that the vision 2023-2033 is achieved for the Lord.
As a ministry we recommend that Carrie Hudgens since she is coming to live in Kenya to be our Missionary for this ministry and also a liaison person between USA and Kenya to help the LIGHT OF SALVATION AND WAHOO KENYA ministry to realize the vision 2023-2033 for the Lord.
She will be the go between the KENYA ministry and USA Churches.
She will coordinate the mission work in collaboration with the KENYA ministry officials in Kenya and report back.
